Proficiat! Caroline Van de Leur is door de Europese hockey bond (EHF) gepromoot tot Toernooidirecteur. Dit betekent dat ze de eindverantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor het goede verloop van toernooien. Ze zal oa. de scheidsrechtersverantwoordelijke onder zich krijgen, alsook de follow-up doen van de disciplinaire kwesties. Daarnaast zal ze de EHF vertegenwoordigen bij de lokale autoriteiten.

Il s’agit du grade le plus élevé au niveau des officiels non-arbitres à l’EHF. Dit is bij de EHF de hoogst haalbare graad voor officials die niet ‘fluiten’.

De EHF heeft in het verlengde van deze aankondiging ook de benoemingen bekend gemaakt voor alle Europese competities die in 2019 op het programma staan. Niet minder dan 21 Belgische scheidsrechters werden weerhouden, waaronder drie voor de Belfius EuroHockey Championships die in augustus 2019 in Antwerpen zullen plaatvinden.

De KBHB en haar Officials Comittee wensen alle benoemde scheidsrechters, judges, TO’s en TD’s van harte te feliciteren en wensen hen veel succes.
