Belgium hockey app – Le Manuel pour les Arbitres<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u2019arbitre est la personne d\u00e9sign\u00e9e (par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration ou par son club) pour arbitrer une rencontre \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9. Ils sont deux arbitres par match. Ce sont \u00e9galement les seuls habilit\u00e9s (avec le secr\u00e9taire de match, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 au terrain) \u00e0 valider la feuille de match une fois celui-ci termin\u00e9.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

  1. Qu\u2019est-ce que L\u2019application \u00ab\u00a0Hockey Belgium App\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    En passant de l\u2019ancien logiciel (DimaSport) au nouveau (Sportlink), la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration en a profit\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er une application qui permet de retrouver toutes les informations des comp\u00e9titions en un seul endroit\u00a0: dates, horaires, \u00e9quipes, membres des \u00e9quipes, feuille de match, localisation des clubs etc.<\/p>

    Cela signifie aussi que la feuille de match ne pourra plus \u00eatre remplie depuis un PC. La feuille de match digitale devra \u00eatre remplie et valid\u00e9e depuis l\u2019application mobile.<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    1. Pourquoi t\u00e9l\u00e9charger l\u2019application\u00a0pour un arbitre?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      • En tant qu\u2019arbitre, l\u2019application devient le seul et unique moyen d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s et de valider la feuille du match que vous venez de siffler.<\/li>
      • En th\u00e9orie, 30 min avant le match vous avez donc acc\u00e8s aux compositions des deux \u00e9quipes.<\/li>
      • A la demande d\u2019une \u00e9quipe, vous pouvez encore effectuer des changements si le match n\u2019a pas encore commenc\u00e9. Et enfin, une fois fini, c\u2019est via l\u2019application que vous encodez le score final et validez la feuille de match.<\/li><\/ul>

        Bien s\u00fbr, en plus de tout cela, vous pouvez aussi param\u00e9trer vos favoris et suivre les r\u00e9sultats des diff\u00e9rents championnats ainsi que conna\u00eetre la localisation des clubs.<\/p>

        1. Comment cr\u00e9er un compte et naviguer dans l\u2019application\u00a0?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Commencez par t\u00e9l\u00e9charger Belgium Hockey App dans App Store ou Google Play (voir ci-dessus). Apr\u00e8s vous suivez les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>

          • Utilisez\u00a0l\u2019adresse e-mail connue par votre club aupr\u00e8s duquel vous \u00eates affili\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0et donc par la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Ceci est\u00a0INDISPENSABLE<\/strong>\u00a0pour que\u00a0vos donn\u00e9es personnelles soient int\u00e9gr\u00e9es automatiquement<\/em>\u00a0et que vous puissiez\u00a0consulter automatiquement votre programme<\/em>\u00a0en tant que Team Manager.<\/li>
          • Int\u00e9grez une\u00a0photo de profile clairement reconnaissable<\/em>.
            ATTENTION : pas de lunettes de soleil, de chapeau, de chien, \u2026<\/li>
          • Contr\u00f4lez vos donn\u00e9es personnelles et compl\u00e9tez si n\u00e9cessaire
            ATTENTION : certains champs sont obligatoires, pour d\u2019autres il faut prendre contact avec votre secr\u00e9taire pour les changer.<\/li>
          • D\u00e9finissez votre profil public, priv\u00e9 etc..<\/li>
          • D\u00e9terminez d\u2019\u00e9ventuels favoris. Vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner des personnes, des \u00e9quipes, des clubs voire m\u00eame des infrastructures\u00a0! (jusque 25 choix simultan\u00e9s possibles!).<\/li><\/ul>

            \u00a0<\/p>

            1. Les feuilles de match\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              \u00a0<\/p>

              • Votre d\u00e9signation pour un match aura \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable soit par le club (via Sportlink club par exemple) ou via l\u2019application le jour-m\u00eame lorsque la feuille de match est disponible. Dans ce cas, elle peut \u00eatre faites par un team manager, un secr\u00e9taire ou m\u00eame un joueur.<\/li>
              • Les arbitres, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s au terrain, arbitre r\u00e9serve et MO (pour les DH) ainsi que les secr\u00e9taires de match sont les seules personnes capables de valider une feuille de match.<\/li>
              • Sachez qu\u2019une fois qu\u2019une feuille de match est remplie et envoy\u00e9e par les \u00e9quipes, ces derni\u00e8res ne peuvent plus effectuer de changements. Le seul moyen de le faire est de passer par un officiel de la rencontre ou secr\u00e9taire de match\u00a0!<\/li><\/ul>
