class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019<strong>Article 17<\/strong> permet aux travailleurs du secteur sportif de prester jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>450 heures par an<\/strong>, avec une r\u00e9partition trimestrielle sp\u00e9cifique :<\/p><ul><li><strong>150 heures maximum par trimestre<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>285 heures au 3\u1d49 trimestre<\/strong> pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins saisonniers<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f54f5fe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f54f5fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Plafond de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong><\/p><p>Les premi\u00e8res 450 heures de travail sont soumises \u00e0 un plafond annuel de 7 700\u20ac. Attention, les frais de d\u00e9placement et autres avantages obtenus en vertu du contrat sont pris en compte dans ce plafond.<\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0, le travailleur bascule dans le r\u00e9gime social et fiscal classique des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8d3d50a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" statut particulier avec des obligations sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong><\/p><p>Bien que b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un r\u00e9gime simplifi\u00e9, ce statut implique certaines obligations
