data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Lorsque des sportifs sont malades, il est possible qu\u2019ils doivent prendre des m\u00e9dicaments, dans le cadre de leur traitement, dont certains composants figurent sur la liste des interdictions. Afin de pouvoir prendre ces m\u00e9dicaments sans probl\u00e8mes, le sportif doit demander une \u201cautorisation d\u2019usage \u00e0 des fins th\u00e9rapeutiques\u201d (AUT).La Commission a pour objectif de pousser les affili\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre plus attentifs en mati\u00e8re de dopage et d\u2019AUT. En effet, la Commission est surprise du faible nombre de demandes d\u2019AUT qui lui sont adress\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9es et ce malgr\u00e9 un nombre croissant de membres. On consid\u00e8re que la cause de ce faible nombre d\u2019AUT est sans doute li\u00e9e \u00e0 un manque d\u2019information des pratiquants. La Commission a l\u2019intention de mener une campagne d\u2019information aupr\u00e8s des affili\u00e9s afin qu\u2019ils ne soient pas victimes d\u2019un test anti-dopage.<\/p><p>Les pratiquants prenant des m\u00e9dicaments tant en aigu qu\u2019en chronique sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 consulter les sites de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence :<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbip.be\/fr\/start\">www.Cbip.be<\/a>\u00a0:\u00a0introduire le nom du m\u00e9dicament ou du principe actif dans le \u201cr\u00e9pertoire comment\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments\u201d et voir si un \u201cD\u201d signifiant qu\u2019il est interdit par l\u2019AMA (Agence Mondiale Anti-dopage) se trouve associ\u00e9 \u00e0 ce m\u00e9dicament. En cas d\u2019interdiction une AUT doit \u00eatre demand\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Pour demander une AUT vous devez imprimer le <strong>formulaire ci-dessous \u00abDemande Autorisation d\u2019Usage \u00e0 des Fins Th\u00e9rapeutiques (AUT)\u00bb .<\/strong><\/p><p>Allez ensuite chez votre m\u00e9decin sp\u00e9cialiste et faites-lui remplir le dossier.<\/p><p>Une fois le dossier rempli, vous devez le transmettre \u00e0 l\u2019ONAD \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante\u00a0: <a href=\"mailto:aut@cfwb.be\">aut@cfwb.be<\/a><\/p><p>La demande sera analys\u00e9e et vous recevrez, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, un document attestant que votre demande est enregistr\u00e9e et valable.\u00a0<strong>Vous devez toujours avoir une copie de cette attestation dans votre sac de sport et la montrer en cas de
