Procureur nomm\u00e9 par le Conseil d&rsquo;Administration, cela vaut aussi pour ses \u00e9ventuels adjoints. Le Procureur est saisi d\u2019une affaire au moyen des rapports officiels sign\u00e9s par les Arbitres, des plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es par le Conseil d&rsquo;Administration, par les Clubs Affili\u00e9s ou des membres de l\u2019Association concernant des d\u00e9lits.
